The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR principles, excellent business acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees across various departments. You will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a reputed company work environment, and driving talent management strategies. Responsibilities: Partner with assigned business reputed company to understand their strategic objectives and reputed company proactive HR solutions. Advise and reputed company leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management.
