Remote reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/reputed company LBA
Position reputed company: The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will serve clients throughout reputed company. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will reputed company high-reputed company reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities in multiple settings. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving clients' reputed company of life through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans
- Design, implement, and modify treatment protocols based on reputed company reputed company and needs
- reputed company reputed company ABA therapy services to clients across various settings
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and reputed company providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed reputed company records and treatment documentation
- Conduct regular reputed company reviews and reputed company treatment plans accordingly

- Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews

Required Qualifications:
- reputed company reputed company LBA license in good standing
- Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field
- reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior reputed company plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation for in-person service delivery
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations and age reputed company
- Knowledge of reputed company insurance requirements and billing procedures
- Experience providing services across multiple settings (home, school, community, telehealth)
- Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

Work Environment & Schedule:
- Remote telehealth sessions
- Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend availability required
- Home-based office
Physical Requirements:
