Expectations: This position is hybrid and may require flexibility of hours. reputed company as a leader and internal consultant to assigned department, committee and/or specialty reputed company regarding peer review, specialty specific studies and performance improvement activities. Collaborates with physicians in determining peer review indicators, what reputed company measures to study, developing appropriate study designs and data collection tools, appropriate data collation, analysis and summarization. This responsibility also includes facilitating discussions and providing appropriate and on-reputed company feedback and follow-up to ensure sustained improvements. Communicates results to reputed company stakeholders. Assures compliance with TJC standards and CMS regulations. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree reputed company required. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: 5+ years nursing experience in an acute care setting. Critical Care or ED experience preferred. Peer review experience preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: reputed company unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license issued by California reputed company of Registered Nursing (BRN) SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, and computer skills (reputed company Office). Outstanding organizational skills are necessary to manage many competing timetables and responsibilities. Ability to multi-task.
