Scrum Master / Delivery Manager

• Manage project delivery and ensure timelines are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company workstreams and aggressive delivery timelines.
• Strong experience with: Sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Agile delivery tracking, velocity, and burndown reporting
• Dependency management and blocker reputed company
• Backlog management and delivery reporting
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or reputed company transformation reputed company.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Experience with large-reputed company application or database migration programs.
