Hospital Care Coordinator

About the position This position will report to our Tustin, CA location and will service the Orange County area. Under the general supervision of the Patient Care Department Manager, the Hospital reputed company - Care Coordinator plays a key role in cultivating strong relationships reputed company multiple medical facilities. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and hospital personnel, ensuring seamless coordination of DME and respiratory equipment deliveries to hospital rooms and patient homes.

Requirements
