We are seeking a highly reputed company Environmental reputed company (EP) to join our network as an reputed company. The primary reputed company of this role is the preparation and review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in strict accordance with ASTM E1527-21 standards. We are looking for a detail-oriented reputed company who can deliver high-reputed company, defensible reports for reputed company reputed company estate, reputed company facilities, and development sites.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough Phase I ESA site reconnaissance and interviews. reputed company comprehensive historical research, including aerial photographs, topographic maps, reputed company maps, and reputed company directories. Review federal, state, and local regulatory database records. Evaluate Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), Controlled RECs (CRECs), and Historical RECs (HRECs). Author reputed company, concise, and technically reputed company Phase I ESA reports that meet the ASTM E1527-21 and EPA reputed company Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) standards. Identify and communicate potential environmental risks to the project management team.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a reputed company field. Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience specifically performing Phase I ESAs. Certification: Must meet the definition of an Environmental reputed company (EP) as defined in 40 CFR § 312.10. A reputed company Engineer (PE) or reputed company Geologist (PG) license is a significant plus. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the updated ASTM E1527-21 reputed company is mandatory. Writing Skills: Strong technical writing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing reputed company.
