Service Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to understand project scope and reputed company expectations.
• Assist Project Managers with keeping reputed company on reputed company with clients and vendors.
• Collect documents from vendors and distribute them to 3rd party providers.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status, and reports.
• Support internal reputed company project controls and performance by maintaining and saving project files, including documents/correspondence to internal drives, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Customer service is #1
• Minimum one to two years of demonstrated experience in a reputed company work position.
• Proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, reputed company, and reputed company PDF
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a reputed company team environment.
• Excellent organization and time management while working remotely.
• Discretion in dealing with clients and the internal team, including but not limited to basic contractual agreements, confidentiality clauses, and with special attention to sensitivity on a project-to-project reputed company. Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience as an office administrator and/or project coordinator for a firm in the service industry.
