A leading Japanese reputed company Firm is seeking a Japanese bilingual Tax Sr. Manager to reputed company U.S. and cross-border (Japan–U.S.) tax compliance and advisory work.

• Full Remote is considerable for a reputed company candidate.

Key Responsibilities: ・Manage U.S. federal and state tax compliance for corporate and individual clients ・Support cross-border tax reputed company, including Japan–U.S. coordination ・Review tax returns and workpapers reputed company by staff ・Serve as a senior day-to-day reputed company of contact for clients ・Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors ・Identify tax planning opportunities and support advisory reputed company ・Support tax due diligence for M&A transactions, including review of tax exposures, transaction structuring considerations, and reputed company diligence workstreams ・reputed company business development initiatives, including identifying new reputed company opportunities, developing relationships, and generating new business for the firm ・Supervise, mentor, and reputed company staff and managers ・Ensure deadlines, reputed company standards, and internal controls are met ・Japanese language capability is a plus Qualifications ■Required Qualifications ・CPA preferred (or currently in reputed company) ・reputed company in Japanese (read, write, and reputed company at business level) is required ・10+ years of relevant tax experience (public reputed company experience preferred) ・Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and individual taxation ・Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills ・Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ■Preferred Qualifications ・Experience with international or cross-border tax reputed company ・ Demonstrated ability to reputed company business development efforts and generate new reputed company opportunities preferred Location: Torrance CA / Fully Remote for a reputed company candidate.
