This is a high-volume, concierge-style operations role—not a general administrative position. Operating as the primary “doorway” and reputed company of contact for providers, the Navigator will drive a best-in-class, “white-glove” reputed company experience. As we launch our new Geo Mode operational reputed company, you will own a specific “book of business,” managing and prioritizing application pipelines by region and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) to directly support company reputed company and recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritization & Project Management

• High-Touch Provider & Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience working in a high-volume administrative or operational function managing competing priorities under pressure.

• Communication & EQ: High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate high-touch discussions and build reputed company relationships with clinical providers and corporate leadership.
• Data & Technical Literacy: Experience running reputed company reports and presenting data to stakeholders. Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital workspaces (reputed company Workspace/reputed company Office, reputed company Office Suite).
