[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The role involves collaborating on proposals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining reputed company control throughout the proposal process.
Responsibilities
- Under supervision, collaboratively works with proposal team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals
- Reviews and interprets solicitation documents
- Assists with document layout, gathers information and content, and coordinates reputed company data calls
- Proofreads, edits, and formats proposal submittal content
- Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content
- Writes and edits employee, project, and qualification collateral. Interviews staff to obtain information and use information to reputed company compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral
- Ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments
- Ensures reputed company control process is followed for reputed company proposal submittals and various collateral
- Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic
- Conducts employee and project record updates through reputed company reputed company CRM system
- Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use
- Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role reputed company the AEC Industry
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or reputed company field
