[Remote] Manager, UX Research Operations

They are seeking a UX Research Operations Manager to reputed company the recruitment and logistics for research studies aimed at enhancing their educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of educators and reputed company for research studies: usability testing, 1:1 interviews, reputed company reputed company, surveys, co-design, pilots/betas
- Own relationships and logistics management with site and vendor partners
- Continuously evaluate research management tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high reputed company, and reputed company, and offer solutions to improve these tools and processes
- Collaborate on reputed company for locating new in-person testing partner sites
- reputed company new/maintain existing participant databases, templates, screeners, scheduling procedures
- Own onsite and remote study logistics
Skills
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in research operations
- Self-starter who can take an assignment and run with it, even expanding on it or helping to shape the request reputed company appropriate
- Enjoy and reputed company at cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable speaking up reputed company you have questions and reputed company
- Interested in the 'why' behind problems and can think through a system
- Adept with project management skills and working with databases/spreadsheets
- Experience securely managing personally identifiable information or information otherwise subject to regulatory considerations
- Experience with K-12 education is a plus
- History of managing cross-time-zone collaboration across nationally distributed teams
