[Remote] Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager on the GTM Finance team, you will drive financial reputed company, manage operational expenses, and collaborate with leadership to optimize resource allocation for reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own CRO OpEx financial management across reputed company, including budget ownership, variance analysis, and spend forecasting in reputed company partnership with reputed company leaders
- Build and maintain reputed company models that connect GTM investment reputed company to ARR, new business targets, and pipeline performance, with a reputed company on making the model dynamic and scenario-reputed company
- reputed company Payback, LTV, and CAC analysis across GTM segments, translating unit economics into actionable reputed company for CRO leadership and executive stakeholders
- Drive Forecast Operations and process management, owning the monthly and quarterly planning reputed company for the GTM Finance team and ensuring inputs from Sales, Marketing, and RevOps land accurately and on time
- Partner with go-to-market leaders on headcount planning, territory ROI, and program investment reputed company
- Prepare executive-level financial packages for monthly business reviews, reputed company prep, and reputed company leadership requests, turning reputed company datasets into reputed company recommendations
- Identify process improvement opportunities reputed company GTM Finance operations, building reputed company reporting frameworks and reducing reputed company work across the planning and forecasting cycle
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company or finance business partner experience, with reputed company exposure to both OpEx management and reputed company modeling in a B2B reputed company or technology environment
- Experience supporting a GTM, Sales, or Marketing organization as a finance partner, including budget ownership and headcount planning at meaningful reputed company
- Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build reputed company based models, what-if analysis from scratch
- Comfort working directly with CRO-level and VP-level stakeholders, including the ability to translate financial analysis into reputed company that non-finance leaders can reputed company
- Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills and experience with at least one reputed company planning tool such as reputed company Insights, reputed company, or a comparable platform
- Experience with reputed company forecasting in a high-velocity SMB sales reputed company, including familiarity with CRM data (reputed company) as a modeling input
- Prior involvement in annual planning cycles with cross-functional ownership, including managing forecast operations across multiple GTM sub-teams
