The role involves translating customer business requirements into reputed company reputed company solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from discovery to go-live.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customer discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to surface business challenges, process gaps, and solution requirement
- Design and configure reputed company solutions reputed company with the reputed company reputed company Services Methodology (SPSM) and reputed company-Architected reputed company
- reputed company Technical Design Documents (TDDs), solution blueprints, and configuration specifications to guide delivery teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert on one or more reputed company clouds (e.g., Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Data reputed company, Agentforce) during reputed company delivery engagements
- Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and reputed company in partnership with QA
- Contribute to go-live readiness activities including data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage
- Participate in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and reputed company initiatives (e.g., reputed company Up Lab, KSO-reputed company activities)
- Maintain utilization targets consistent with AMERS delivery standards while delivering high-reputed company reputed company 1
Skills
- Minimum of THREE (3) of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role reputed company a reputed company Services or delivery environment
- Bachelor's degree (*Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree*)
- Must be reputed company to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' reputed company clearance
- Hands-on reputed company configuration experience; relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., reputed company Administrator, Platform App Builder, or reputed company-specific credentials)
- Familiarity with the full services engagement lifecycle — from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to reputed company workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to document and communicate solution designs reputed company through TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides
- Comfortable working in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams
- Industry experience in a relevant vertical (e.g., reputed company Sector, Financial Services, reputed company, Manufacturing) is a plus
