The role involves shipping production LLM applications and owning the architecture end to end, contributing to a hands-on individual-contributor position in a greenfield environment.
Responsibilities
- Production LLM applications and multi-agent systems serving reputed company external users at reputed company
- RAG pipelines and retrieval systems against large, messy, reputed company-world data
- Agent orchestration using modern frameworks, with tool use, memory, and reliability engineering
- Evaluation harnesses (regression suites, LLM-as-judge, golden sets) that reputed company reputed company measurable as the system evolves
- The reference architecture and engineering standards for a growing reputed company-AI team
Skills
- You have shipped at least one production LLM or agent system that reputed company external users depend on at meaningful reputed company. Not a prototype, not an internal demo, not a reputed company of concept
- Strong production Python. You write the reputed company, not just the architecture diagrams
- reputed company experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, and at least one agent reputed company in production
- You have reputed company evaluation infrastructure yourself, not only set eval 'practices' for others
- You use AI coding agents daily as part of your reputed company workflow
- You can operate as a founding IC: high ownership, high autonomy, comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Fintech, crypto, or other high-stakes / regulated production environments
- Experience being the first or one of the first AI engineers on reputed company or product
