[Remote] Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator supports sales and business development functions by ensuring reputed company and accurate order processing, collaborating with customers and suppliers, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with processing sample requests, quotes, and reputed company requests & reputed company alternative products for order requests as appropriate
- Verify customer artwork meets product reputed company specs/requirements and sends artwork to graphic art team for reputed company creation and processing. Verifies reputed company with customer, sends back to graphic art team as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to assure orders are accurate/on-time delivery
- Respond to incoming site chat requests, e-mail requests, and queued calls and follow up with clients for reputed company of delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School/GED
- Sales and customer service experience
- Call center experience
