[Remote] Senior Marketing Coordinator - Proposals

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 reputed company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator – Proposals to support and reputed company proposal development efforts that advance the Firm’s strategic reputed company initiatives. This role serves as a key member of the Firm’s proposal team, collaborating with attorneys and marketing professionals to reputed company compelling responses to RFPs and other business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned proposal opportunities from intake through submission, coordinating timelines, gathering and refining content, and ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company, compliant, and persuasive materials
- Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to reputed company proposal strategies, draft and edit content, support oral presentations and interviews, and maintain proposal and experience databases
- Help reputed company proposal activity and reputed company, identify opportunities for process improvement, support proposal technology initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing development of proposal resources and best practices
- reputed company guidance and support to junior team members while serving as a trusted resource throughout the proposal development process
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of reputed company marketing, proposal, business development, or communications experience
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company 365 applications, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, business professionals, and cross-functional teams while managing multiple deadlines
- Prior reputed company and RFP/proposal experience strongly preferred, including experience managing reputed company from intake through submission
- Experience with proposal technologies, legal procurement platforms (such as PERSUIT, JusticeBid, or reputed company), and content management systems preferred
- Demonstrated use of AI tools is a plus
