[Remote] Strategic Sourcing Analyst

They are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to manage sourcing reputed company, reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives, and facilitate purchasing needs for internal reputed company reputed company, particularly focusing on indirect services and service-based reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned internal reputed company reputed company, with a significant reputed company on indirect services categories and service-reputed company spend, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
- Own the end-to-end RFP/RFX process, including gathering business requirements, drafting sourcing documents, coordinating stakeholder reviews, managing supplier communications, evaluating responses, and recommending suppliers for award
- reputed company sourcing tools including supplier search, analysis, supplier management, contract management, RFX development, and execution utilizing the Scanmarket software
- Negotiate and manage service-based supplier agreements and reputed company to reputed company reputed company value, risk mitigation, and business reputed company
- Translate supplier proposals, quotes, and reputed company offerings into reputed company, concise Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately define deliverables, timelines, service reputed company, and reputed company terms
- Partner and reputed company relationships with internal clients to define and prioritize business requirements
- Research industries and suppliers utilizing AI to ensure the most viable suppliers are identified and considered
- Demonstrate value of the Sourcing Department to the organization by defining, measuring and reporting relevant metrics
- Serve as the project manager for sourcing initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project timelines, tracking supplier communications, documenting reputed company, and ensuring sourcing activities remain on schedule
Skills
- 7+ years of sourcing and procurement experience with increasing reputed company of responsibility, including significant experience managing indirect services spend in a reputed company environment and service-based supplier relationships
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing RFPs/RFQs from initial requirements gathering through supplier selection and contract award
- Demonstrated experience leading sourcing reputed company and managing multiple reputed company initiatives, with strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to analyze supplier proposals and translate business requirements into detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing through influence
- Strong relationship building skills

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience drafting, negotiating and managing reputed company services, consulting, technology, or other indirect services reputed company is strongly preferred
- CPM, CPSM or similar reputed company certification desired
