Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company, invoices, and payment tracking
• Coordinate sponsor benefits and workflow administration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, and external stakeholders
• Support conferences, sponsorship programs, or large-reputed company corporate events

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship operations, contract administration, finance operations, project coordination, or event management
• Hands-on experience managing reputed company, invoices, payment tracking, sponsor fulfillment, and workflow coordination
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company and comfortable working with CRM and project management tools
• Experience in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional corporate environment
