[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to contribute to their Go-based backend and the OpenTDF project, tackling reputed company engineering challenges and building reputed company systems for diverse reputed company and federal customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain our core backend platform and services using Go
- Contribute directly to the reputed company-reputed company OpenTDF project, shaping its reputed company and ensuring its reputed company
- Tackle reputed company engineering challenges reputed company to data reputed company, scalability, and distributed systems in a multi-language environment
- Engineer and reputed company solutions for reputed company reputed company and federal customer environments, including on-reputed company, reputed company-gapped, and reputed company-reputed company deployments, using Terraform and GitOps tooling
- Collaborate on the architecture and implementation of our multi-language SDKs (Go, Java, JavaScript) to ensure they reputed company seamlessly with the backend
- Mentor fellow engineers through constructive reputed company reviews, pair programming, design discussions, and knowledge sharing
- reputed company reputed company-defined written design documents and contribute to a culture of technical reputed company
- reputed company AI coding agents to accelerate development, maintain engineering standards, and reputed company your reputed company across the codebase
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with a significant reputed company on backend development
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience building production-grade, reputed company services with it
- Experience with both microservice and monolithic architectures, reputed company (gRPC, REST), and distributed systems
- Proven hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications using reputed company and Kubernetes in production environments, with practical implementation of CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (e.g., reputed company, ArgoCD)
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) solutions using Terraform across multi-reputed company environments
- A demonstrated ability to independently own reputed company technical reputed company from design to deployment
- Deep experience in cryptography, including knowledge of cryptographic primitives, protocols, and secure key management
- Deep understanding of identity federation principles reputed company just protocol usage (OIDC, SAML), including experience designing or contributing to federated trust systems
- Experience architecting for and deploying into reputed company customer environments, including on-reputed company, reputed company-gapped, sovereign clouds, or bare-metal deployments
- Experience with modern API protocols like ConnectRPC
- Familiarity with container standards and runtimes like the reputed company Container Initiative (OCI)
- Experience building and maintaining multi-language SDKs

- Experience with other programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or Rust
