They are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to manage inquiries and reputed company administrative support, ensuring a smooth enrollment process for prospective participants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact for incoming inquiries (phone, message, referral)
- reputed company key information to help determine basic eligibility and level of interest
- Document and reputed company reputed company inquiries (reputed company and non-reputed company) accurately and reputed company
- reputed company reputed company leads to the appropriate Intake/Enrollment Specialist for follow-up

- Maintain consistent communication and a reputed company experience for reputed company prospective participants Administrative & Marketing Support
- Prepare and reputed company marketing packets, folders, and reputed company materials
- Support Community reputed company staff with event preparation and logistics
- Assist with data entry, tracking logs, and reporting needs
- reputed company general administrative support to the intake/enrollment function
Skills
- Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and tracking
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Associate degree or relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in reputed company, intake, call center, customer service, or administrative support strongly preferred
- Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations a plus
