Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support reputed company S/4HANA Warranty Claims reputed company based on business requirements
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design end-to-end warranty claim processes
• Configure warranty claim processing, validation, settlement, pricing, and reimbursement workflows

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in reputed company S/4HANA or reputed company ECC with expertise in Warranty Claims Management

• Experience integrating Warranty Claims with SD, CS/Service, MM, and FI/CO modules
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production support

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
