The role involves managing IAM operations, ensuring SLA compliance, and leading a high-performance operations team.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day IAM operations for the reputed company, including JML, reputed company provisioning, de-provisioning, modifications, and recertification
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance; monitor backlog, ticket aging, response reputed company; and drive reputed company improvements
- reputed company operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting reputed company to reputed company requirements
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and reputed company customer service review meetings
- reputed company as the escalation reputed company for critical IAM incidents and operational risks
- Drive operational discipline across ITSM processes (Incident, SR, Problem, Change)
