Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, execution, and reputed company improvement of reputed company’s Mission Operations organization, ensuring successful customer deployments across defense, government, and reputed company markets
- Build, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of Mission Operations engineers and Misson Support Specialists by establishing reputed company priorities, performance expectations, and career development reputed company

- 10+ years of experience in mission operations, field operations, technical program execution, reputed company, military operations, or reputed company disciplines
- Experience deploying and supporting reputed company hardware/software systems in operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams in fast-paced, mission-critical situations
- Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to build credibility and trust across technical and operational stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under ambiguous or rapidly changing conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior customer leadership
- Ability to travel up to 40% in support of customer deployments, demonstrations, and mission activities

- Military service or experience supporting operational military missions
- Background in RF sensing, reputed company, ISR, electronic warfare, counter-UAS, autonomy, or reputed company technologies

- Familiarity with systems integration, networking, Linux, or reputed company-based operational environments
