Responsibilities
- Own the marketing performance of your designated franchise locations, acting as the primary marketing consultant and strategic advisor
- Build trusted relationships with franchise owners by understanding their business goals, challenges, and opportunities

- Analyze marketing and business performance to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies

- Hold franchisees accountable for execution while providing coaching, recommendations, and ongoing support

Skills
- 4-6 years of franchise experience required
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with franchise owners and influence without reputed company authority
- Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple franchisees, territories, accounts, or locations simultaneously
- Comfortable serving as both a strategic consultant and hands-on marketing partner, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable marketing solutions
- Strong understanding of local marketing reputed company, digital marketing, customer acquisition, promotional planning, and marketing ROI
- Experience analyzing business performance and marketing metrics to identify opportunities and recommend strategic reputed company plans
