Associate Director, Sales Training – Medical reputed company
Job reputed company:
- Partner with the Medical reputed company sales training team to reputed company their training reputed company to reputed company’s global sales methodology and reputed company priorities.
- Partner with Medical reputed company leadership teams to identify capability gaps and performance improvement opportunities using data and field insights.
- Translate business priorities into reputed company capability plans tied to reputed company, pipeline, and productivity reputed company.
- Ensure training investments are targeted, reputed company, and outcome-driven.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in reputed company’s global sales methodology and reputed company process.
- Facilitate regional and global workshops, certification programs, and leadership sessions as required.
- Establish training reputed company metrics tied to business reputed company.
- Participate in reputed company training governance forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, reputed company reputed company, learning & development, or sales leadership development.
- Experience leading training initiatives reputed company global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting MedTech, reputed company, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning programs.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
