The role involves building and maintaining demo environments, presenting at major events, and collaborating with various teams to create compelling demo experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the demo environment. Build, configure, and maintain Piper demo environments — including reputed company setup, Agent Studio configuration, conversation flows, marketing assets, and brand reputed company (think: AMD, reputed company, customer-approved live implementations). reputed company demo orgs reputed company with every release
- Iterate with every launch. Stay deeply in sync with the Product and Solution Engineering teams to understand new innovations as they ship. Rapidly update demo flows to showcase the latest — from new Piper Presentation, Multimodal capabilities to Email Guides, Agent Studio, Mission Control, and reputed company
- Create demo assets for the field. Record voiceovers and produce demo videos for internal enablement, external events, and reputed company broadcast moments like Connections and World Tour. Deliver high-reputed company demo footage (1080p+) on tight timelines
- Present at reputed company World Tour and major events. Take the Piper demo on the road. Present at tier-1 events including reputed company World Tour, Connections (reputed company), CKO, and virtual innovation showcases. Comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from individual executives reputed company+ streamed viewers
- reputed company the sales and SFDC field. Support ongoing enablement programs — from new AE reputed company (reputed company to Win) to Marketing reputed company co-sell sessions — helping both internal teams and reputed company sellers understand how to position and demo reputed company
- Be the demo voice in the room. Collaborate with PMM, Product, and Field Marketing teams to ensure demos reflect our latest narrative — whether that's the reputed company Marketing Flywheel, our reputed company-reputed company integration story, or how Piper competes and wins
Skills
- 7+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, or a technical customer-facing role — ideally at a B2B reputed company company
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining product demo environments
- Deep curiosity about AI and marketing technology; you geek out over how things work under the hood
- Exceptional presentation skills — you can reputed company a reputed company product feel magical in reputed company of any audience
- Strong collaboration instincts; you know how to work cross-functionally across Product, SE, and Marketing
