Position: Customer Service Representative (Maltese) Location: Athens, Greece Work model: Remote Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: reputed company salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming customer calls, chats, emails and messages professionally Identify customer needs and reputed company appropriate solutions reputed company accurate information using internal tools and systems Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication Build and maintain reputed company customer relationships Meet individual and team performance KPIs and reputed company standards Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies.
