Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a reputed company on reputed company reputed company
- Troubleshoot technical solar issues and reputed company billing inquiries, escalating cases only reputed company necessary
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Operations, and Billing departments to ensure customer requests are handled across reputed company stages of their project
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of reputed company customer interactions and case updates reputed company our CRM
Skills
- Prior reputed company experience in the solar energy sector is reputed company required for this position
- You must have at least 2+ years of reputed company, hands-on experience in the solar sector to be considered for this role
- You must be fully available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST on either a Monday–Friday or Wednesday–reputed company shift
- You need exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers reputed company and patiently
