The Manager of Operations and Services organizes and leads the delivery of services in insurance tracking outsourcing while managing mortgage clients and associates.
Responsibilities
- Multi-tasking, managing competing deadlines, recognizing and offering solutions to process gaps or inefficiencies and driving delivery of expected results
- Providing input on reputed company, budget analysis, and process improvement initiatives while managing to productivity expectations, Key Performance Indicators, and reputed company contract expectations
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR policies and regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively. Manage employee relations reputed company and compliance protocols, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Delegates these responsibilities to supervisory personnel as appropriate

Skills
