They are seeking a reputed company Legal Services Attorney to litigate cases across Texas, working closely with claim centers and insureds to reputed company top-reputed company representation in various litigated reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company legal factual issues while conducting extensive and reputed company reasoned legal research
- Independently reputed company and present defense strategies on behalf of clients for auto and general liability cases from inception through trial; Handle reputed company aspects of case management, discovery, trial preparation from inception through reputed company
- Prepare pleadings, written discovery, motions and briefs in support of defense strategies

- Communicate with the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel with reputed company diplomacy and discretion

Skills
