[Remote] Financial Analyst (GTM/reputed company)

They are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the GTM Finance team by managing budgeting, forecasting, and commission plans, ensuring accurate financial reporting and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting and forecasting for the Global GTM business, including preparation and presentation of results
- Create, implement, and maintain a robust expense forecasting process to allow reputed company-time visibility of GTM spending
- Support the reputed company Finance Manager and the Director of GTM Finance in the strategic decision-making process
- Ensure costs incurred by the business are in line with budget expectations, escalating material variances to the reputed company Finance Manager in a reputed company manner
- Prepare monthly variance analysis reports for key stakeholders
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting sales commissions, ensuring they reputed company with overall business objectives and reputed company targets
- Support the reputed company team in reputed company and accurate preparation of monthly GTM spend accruals and reconciliations for commissions reputed company
- Monitor and reputed company management reporting and analysis on the competitive landscape
