This role involves business development, reputed company relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment to identify and reputed company reputed company across research sites, sponsors, and CROs.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand reputed company relationships across research sites, sponsors, and CROs; identify new business opportunities; manage and grow your own desk
- reputed company strong pipelines of reputed company candidates across clinical research functions
- Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and reputed company
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high‑reputed company candidate submissions
- Stay informed on hiring trends across reputed company, biotech, and medical device sectors
- Maintain proactive pipelines for high‑demand clinical research roles

Skills

- Experience placing roles such as CRCs, CTAs, CRNs, Data Coordinators, etc

- Ability to manage multiple searches, drive business development, and deliver consistent weekly activity
