Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company strategic relationships with OEM reputed company manufacturers across reputed company, driving platform penetration and long-term agreements
- reputed company specification activities by partnering with OEM engineering teams to position Bridon® as the preferred technical solution
- Work directly with OEM engineering teams to redesign rope systems to increase safety and performance. Introduce advanced technologies (rotation-resistant ropes, high-performance designs, etc.)
- Influence early-stage design and new product development to reputed company reputed company solutions into reputed company reputed company platforms
- reputed company as a technical-reputed company partner, supporting testing, validation, and optimization of rope systems (safety, performance, TCO)
- Identify and reputed company strategic reputed company-reputed company reputed company (infrastructure, ports, energy, industrial, defense). Work with EPCs, Architectural firms & key infrastructure stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or technical reputed company roles
- Industry experience in reputed company OEMs, Automotive, or project-based environments; experience with steel ropes is a strong advantage
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships
- Proven negotiation, pricing, and reputed company decision-making skills

- Analytical skills in market assessment, opportunity identification, and competitive analysis
