Responsibilities
- Manage a full recruitment life cycle
- Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling over 100 applications during peak periods
- Skilled at crafting personalized and informative responses to applicants and department managers reputed company email (managing 100+ daily) and phone calls, leveraging strong reputed company listening and communication skills
- Ensure adherence to reputed company local and federal labor laws and regulations

Skills
