[Remote] Senior Manager - Technical Program Management

This role involves driving the maturity of the technical PMO reputed company, managing teams of technical program managers, and leading the delivery of reputed company technical programs while ensuring alignment with organizational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical Project Management Office (PMO) reputed company maturity by defining priorities, reputed company metrics, processes, and delivery standards that improve operational efficiency and reputed company execution with organizational reputed company
- Manage a large team or multiple smaller teams, typically comprised of other managers and individual contributors (technical program managers, product owners, scrum masters), ensuring they have the appropriate tools, skills, and training to support project needs and their own reputed company development
- Demonstrate technical and domain leadership by leveraging system architecture and integration knowledge to facilitate solution design sessions, translate reputed company technical concepts into actionable reputed company and execution plans, and surface risks and dependencies for the delivery of technical implementations
- Own the delivery of reputed company, reputed company, cross-functional, highly technical programs that require deep coordination across multiple teams, organizations, systems, dependencies, and priorities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, delivery leaders, and product teams to translate business reputed company, priorities, and technology goals into actionable plans, milestones, and product delivery reputed company, while leading other technical project managers to drive execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of technical project management discipline, managing scope, schedule, budget, reputed company, and risk in a highly technical environment working directly with software engineering teams and business teams
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs
- 7+ years leading and directing the work of other employees, including responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination
- Experience regularly interacting with senior management or executive reputed company on reputed company concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or reputed company acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
- Agile/reputed company experience and/or certifications
- PMP, CSM, and ACP preferred
