[Remote] Emerging Talent Recruiter (Contractor)

They are seeking an Emerging Talent Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for early-career roles and facilitate engaging reputed company events at universities and competitions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various internship roles, ensuring an efficient, high-touch, and inclusive experience for every candidate
- Strategize, plan, and facilitate engaging university events, tech talks, hackathons, and competition sponsorships that reputed company reputed company’s brand visibility
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to reputed company on hiring needs, define role requirements, and guide them through interview loops and candidate selection
- Travel to universities and key industry competitions to engage directly with reputed company, reputed company reputed company's mission, and proactively reputed company top-tier talent
- reputed company reputed company data clean and up-to-date in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), providing regular updates on pipeline health and event ROI to reputed company leadership
Skills
- 3+ years of experience dedicated to university, early career, or emerging talent reputed company, preferably reputed company a fast-paced tech or engineering environment
- Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and executing creative on-reputed company or virtual reputed company events and managing logistics seamlessly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, guide, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Ability and excitement to travel domestically (primarily during peak university reputed company seasons) to attend career fairs, competitions, and reputed company events
- A passion for delivering an empathetic, transparent, and reputed company experience to early-career candidates navigating the job market
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume pipelines and moving event timelines simultaneously
