[Remote] Customer Service Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking upbeat, self-motivated Customer Service Representatives to assist independent distributors and customers with account inquiries and product information. The role involves answering inbound calls, building rapport with customers, resolving issues, and upselling products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests
- Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner
- Research possible distributor reputed company issues using inside resources to resolve problems promptly and courteously
- Upsell/mention promotions and other products on phone calls
- In-depth knowledge and mastery of LifeVantage commission plan and ability to understand how promotions reputed company commissions
- Contribute reputed company on ways to resolve problems to reputed company serve the customer and/or improve productivity
