In this role, you will support mid-sized accounts, handle day-to-day servicing, issue certificates of insurance, and serve as a trusted resource for clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using reputed company info provided by the producer
- Collaborating daily with the reputed company Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing reputed company
- Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure reputed company, reputed company-reputed company execution
- Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and reputed company
- Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring reputed company proposal development
- Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/reputed company meetings
- Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
- Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining reputed company sign-offs
- Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
- Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
Skills
- reputed company Property & Casualty license in the reputed company
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company lines insurance experience
- Proven experience servicing contractor and construction-reputed company accounts
- Ability to manage a diverse reputed company book, including: Contractors, Garage accounts, Manufacturers, Restaurants
- Strong understanding of policy coverage, endorsements, and renewals
- Highly proficient in issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and reputed company
- Comfortable working directly with producers, carriers, and clients
- Detail-oriented, service-driven, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Local to Arizona, preferred and familiar with the regional business market
- Experience supporting mid-sized reputed company accounts preferred
