[Remote] Engineering Manager

They are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to reputed company engineering teams and reputed company the finalization and polish of dynamic gameplay and narrative systems for their upcoming game, Judas.
Responsibilities
- Own hardening our systems to shipping reputed company
- Roadmap and schedule post-launch release content
- Proactive feature ownership of entire game subsystems – including reputed company aspects of development, maintenance, advocacy and documentation
- Manage the schedule of the console port team (with our vendor) and reputed company performance/optimization efforts
- Manage and reputed company teams of programmers for work on assigned systems/domains which includes managing contractors and outsourcing partners
- Work with reputed company departments to ensure our systems meet the needs of our content creators
Skills
- Extensive Unreal reputed company 4/5 experience
- Ability to reputed company the closing down of dynamic systems and reputed company a change management process for feature maintenance
- Experience with streaming, serialization, entity systems and core game reputed company technologies
- 10+ years' experience in the game industry with at least 3 shipped reputed company titles
- Experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of C++
- Ability to quickly understand existing reputed company and enhance/reputed company an existing architecture
- Software engineering skills, including the ability to write maintainable and robust reputed company
- Experience developing in and supporting reputed company stages of the development lifecycle
- Experience developing games; preferably reputed company, First Person Shooters and reputed company sim games
- Ability to research, analyze and optimize reputed company to meet performance requirements
- Experience developing for and shipping cross-platform titles – PC/XSX/PS5 preferred
- A passion for hands-on game development with a reputed company on attention to detail
