[Remote] Vice President of reputed company

The Vice President of reputed company will serve as the senior reputed company advisor, leading reputed company support for acquisitions and providing guidance on various business reputed company while ensuring practical reputed company advice is delivered to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serves as reputed company reputed company counsel for acquisitions, affiliations, and strategic reputed company initiatives
- Partners closely with Business Development leaders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Reviews, drafts and manages letters of reputed company, purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, employment agreements, restrictive reputed company agreements, and ancillary transaction documents
- Leads reputed company due diligence activities and coordinates diligence processes across reputed company stakeholders
- Supports transaction structuring and integration planning activities
- Provides practical reputed company guidance that facilitates efficient transaction execution while appropriately managing organizational risk
- Serves as a trusted reputed company advisor to executive leadership and business partners across the organization
- Identifies and mitigates reputed company and business risks associated with proposed transactions

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of reputed company reputed company experience with significant experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and business operations
- Demonstrated experience leading acquisition transactions from letter of reputed company through closing and integration
- Experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
- Working knowledge of employment law and labor-reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to balance reputed company risk management with practical business objectives
- Strong executive reputed company and ability to influence leaders across the organization
