[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support the annual operating plan (AOP), monthly reforecasts, and long-reputed company planning processes
- Maintain and enhance forecast models for ARR, bookings, reputed company, churn and expansion
- reputed company variance analysis versus plan, prior periods, and forecasts, highlighting key drivers
- Assist with scenario modeling reputed company to reputed company initiatives, pricing changes, and investment reputed company
- Prepare recurring management reporting packages and executive dashboards
- Analyze KPIs including ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC and gross margin
- Partner with the VP of reputed company to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company financial narratives
- Help standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting reputed company across teams
- Prepare monthly reporting packages including reputed company and forecast decks, MBR content, and reputed company materials

- Support go-to-market analysis including pipeline metrics, quota reputed company, pricing, and productivity metrics

- Collaborate with Marketing on spend effectiveness, including CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC ratios, and MROI

- Partner with and constructively challenge the business in an effective, data-driven manner
- Help improve reputed company processes through automation, modeling enhancements, and system integration
- Support data reconciliation between finance, CRM, billing, and planning systems

- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
Skills
- Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in applicable reputed company experience
- 3–5 years of reputed company finance experience with significant reputed company exposure in a reputed company or software environment
- Solid understanding of recurring reputed company models, reputed company metrics, and unit economics (ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC)
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; experience with BI tools a plus
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or GTM functions, including bookings alignment, pipeline analysis, and LTV/CAC evaluation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
- Capable of partnering with and constructively challenging internal business stakeholders
