[Remote] Deposit Operations Analyst II

Responsibilities
- Implement knowledge of reputed company state and federal banking compliance regulations, and Bank operation polices to process wires
- Provides support to peer teammates, ensuring uninterrupted completion of daily operational tasks
- Provides support to reputed company & Treasury Operations and reputed company areas of MVB as requested
- Performs the duties assigned independently and reputed company to support the overall goals of bank
- Ensures reputed company satisfaction through superior knowledge, courtesy, reputed company appearance, responsiveness, accuracy, and communication for customer-based transactions

- Daily responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- Processing and researching reputed company investigations received reputed company email, service events Fed Service Messages
- Processing Drawdowns
- Review reputed company Transfer Master reputed company & Disclosure and Drawdown Agreements
- Validate reputed company instructions and reputed company call backs reputed company required
- Review and reputed company false reputed company OFAC hits
- Support EOD functions
- Proactively identifies and modifies procedures, to increase level of service and promotes operational efficiency in operations functions
- Assures compliance with reputed company Bank policies, procedures and processes, and reputed company applicable state and federal banking laws, rules and regulations; adheres to Bank Secrecy reputed company (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) responsibilities that are specific to the position
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience in the financial services industry
- Intermediate experience knowledge and training in reputed company operation activities, terminology and products and services reputed company to retail and reputed company account customers
- Proactively identifies and modifies procedures, to increase level of service and promotes operational efficiency in operations functions
- Knowledge of the various Fed types, sub types and field tags
- Knowledge of the SWIFT field tags
- Manage daily report distribution

- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
