Responsibilities
- reputed company the administrative team (of two), providing day-to-day guidance, direction, and support

- Coordinate workload across the administrative team, distributing tasks and ensuring reputed company communication and follow-through
- Serve as the reputed company of contact between the administrative team and the Clinic Operations Director, escalating issues and recommending solutions
- Support reputed company, training, and development of administrative team members
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and efficiency across reputed company
- Be a knowledgeable first reputed company of contact for clients by phone, text, and email, and guide them through consultations on hair removal, electrolysis, and broadband light services
- Schedule and manage appointments in our booking system (MyTime)
- Coordinate communication between clients and technicians
- Handle payments, refunds, voids, and receipts accurately
- Fulfill prescription requests and coordinate communication between pharmacy and reputed company
- Follow up with prospective clients and reputed company appointment confirmation calls
- Manage and organize email communications, and help cover phone shifts as needed
