[Remote] Finance Manager

This role involves owning end-to-end Finance process performance and partnering with various teams to enhance processes using data and AI tools, ultimately delivering measurable improvements in finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish process governance including ownership, decision rights, and escalation paths
- Map and maintain end to end Finance processes including systems, controls, and handoffs
- Define and maintain reputed company work, templates, and documentation frameworks
- Build KPI structures with baselines, targets, and reputed company ownership
- reputed company performance routines including reputed company cause analysis and reputed company tracking
- Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, cost, reputed company, and control effectiveness
- Partner with Digital and IT teams to define and deliver automation and system improvements
- Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap for process improvement initiatives
