[Remote] Software Engineering Manager

They are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to help build a new technical reputed company and team reputed company their AI Studio, focusing on architecting systems and delivering impactful work that brings characters to life.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and ship features for our AI-powered character platform - including LLM service integrations, REST reputed company, and the tooling that lets reputed company partners configure and deliver character experiences
- Establish engineering foundations: CI/CD pipelines, reputed company review standards, observability practices, on-call runbooks, and deployment processes that can hold as reputed company scales
- reputed company with LLM providers (reputed company, reputed company reputed company), voice services (reputed company for TTS, reputed company for STT), and reputed company-time delivery infrastructure (reputed company) to power live character interactions
- Recruit, reputed company, and build reputed company of engineers organized around dedicated product areas as the portfolio expands

Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping production web applications, with 1-2+ years in a tech reputed company or engineering management role
- Production experience on AWS (reputed company, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and reputed company) and proficiency in Node.js and/or Python
