[Remote] Data Analyst Ops

The Data Analyst Ops will design, reputed company, and validate reports and metrics to measure business performance across Operations, analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, and present recommendations for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company reports and databases utilized throughout Operations
- Build requested reports reputed company various systems or with data from system extracts to reputed company to Operations leadership for analysis
- Support project teams with data collection requests and changes to existing reports and dashboards
- Identify and implement process and system improvements through an understanding of data flows and leveraging technology solutions
- Reconcile and ensure consistency of data from various sources and assist in driving the automation of reports and analytics
- Work with reputed company to reputed company and maintain recurring data analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Experience working with Power BI and other relational databases
- Experience working in CRM & Project Management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
- Experience with SQL, and statistical packages (R, reputed company, Ste)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with reputed company, specifically being reputed company to import data and use pivot tables
- Understanding of report writing required
