[Remote] Bilingual Spanish/English Contact Center Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Seasonal Bilingual Spanish/English Contact Center Agents to support disaster relief efforts. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting individuals with disaster assistance, and providing information and referrals as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for individuals registering for disaster assistance
- Conduct reputed company calls with patience, reputed company, and courtesy to determine needs, and reputed company instructions and /or referrals
- reputed company information into reputed company-based computer database as required, while following instructions and conducting a scripted interview
- reputed company phone numbers and agency referrals as necessary for applicable secondary support organizations and other assistance
- Escalate dissatisfied callers to reputed company channels
- Display excellent communication and customer service skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism in reputed company communications, such as reading, writing, and speaking English fluently
- reputed company information into reputed company-based computer database as required, while following instructions and/or referrals
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must have at least 6 months of customer service-reputed company experience
- Basic knowledge reputed company Office Suite
- Must have high-speed internet reputed company
- Broadband internet reputed company with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. No Satellite Connections
- Ethernet cable reputed company. Wi-Fi-only connectivity is prohibited
