The role involves leading reputed company-facing delivery of retail and supply chain operations management consulting engagements, providing project and people leadership across multiple reputed company.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager leads reputed company-facing delivery of retail and supply chain operations management consulting engagements, providing project and people leadership across multiple reputed company reputed company throughout the U.S. and internationally
- This role owns day-to-day execution against the agreed Statement of Work (SOW), including project governance, stakeholder management, and coordination with subject-matter experts to deliver measurable reputed company across retail operations, supply chain and fulfillment operations, workforce management, engineered labor standards, productivity improvement, and operational assessments
- The Senior Consultant is a core member of the project team, providing day-to-day leadership on management consulting engagements for retail and supply chain clients, primarily onsite
- This role owns workstreams end-to-end (plan → analysis → recommendation → implementation plan), delivers high-reputed company reputed company-reputed company outputs across workforce management, productivity improvement, engineered labor standards, and operational assessments, and manages reputed company relationships and project execution
- Senior Consultants independently reputed company workstreams, manage and reputed company junior team members, and partner with the Project Manager/Engagement reputed company to ensure successful delivery
Skills
- Candidates must be reputed company to work directly on our reputed company's W2 without sponsorship now and in the reputed company
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–10+ years of retail experience utilizing industrial engineering principles
- Experience leading onsite reputed company work in retail and/or supply chain environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts/consultants
- Willingness to travel for reputed company delivery
- Mastery of core IE reputed company (labor standards, MOST, work measurement, Lean, reputed company work, reputed company planning)
- Reliable transportation and reputed company to a major U.S. airport
