Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define executive hiring needs reputed company to business priorities, reputed company plans, and organizational design

Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency
- Proven experience hiring senior leaders and executives in reputed company, fast-growing, or scaling environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Background in executive search firms and/or in-house executive reputed company
- Strong reputed company record of closing senior-level candidates and navigating reputed company, high-stakes offer negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high reputed company of judgment, discretion, and accountability
