Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company advocacy cases that require interactions with clients, providers, insurers, and community resources
- Demonstrate Health Care Reform knowledge and Medicare/reputed company benefit knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment independently with minimal supervision
- Utilize strong organizational skills and proficiency with reputed company Office Suite

- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year supervisory or reputed company experience in a call center
- Minimum 3 – 5 years customer service experience in a call center
- Minimum 3 years reputed company/health insurance, claims processing or provider billing experience
- Demonstrated experience with managing (research, problem solving, organizing, tracking, reporting) reputed company advocacy cases that require one or multiple interactions with the reputed company, providers, insurer and community resources
- Demonstrated Health Care Reform Knowledge/experience and Medicare/reputed company benefit knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to persons representing diverse personal, reputed company, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
- Possess excellent customer service skills including reputed company grammar, tonalities and reputed company diction
- Associates Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
